1.3. The trademarks and logos that appear on the website are the property of Roomboescape. You are not permitted to use these without the prior written permission of Roomboescape and you agree that any use may constitute a breach of the rights of the relevant owners.

1.4. These terms and conditions and any contract entered into the incorporation of these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Spain and all disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

1.5. All terms of any contract are included or assigned within these terms and conditions.

1.6. We may link to third party websites and we can not accept any responsibility for this and use them at your own risk.

1.7. Roomboescape collects and stores your personal data without disclosure to third parties and is dedicated to ensuring that the privacy of your personal information is protected.

1.8. Due to the nature of the game the photos or recordings are not allowed in the course of the game.

1.9. During, before or after the Roomboescape event, you can record any audiovisual content during the course of the game (for example, audio, video or photographs) in which your customers can appear and can use it in any way – such as for marketing campaigns – without any limitation.

1.10. Roomboescape expects that its visitors and clients will not reveal any details of the game, directly or indirectly, to the public.

1.11. Roomboescape may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via e-mail or telephone.

1.12.Roomboescape is entitled to charge guests for damages intended or caused by misuse of items.

1.13. Roomboescape does not tolerate any form of intimidation or harassment of its employees.

2.1. The website www.roomboescape.es is owned and operated by Sergio Sanz. The company reserves the right to modify or vary these terms and conditions, including any of the contents of the website from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2.2. The terms hereinafter apply to the use by any visitor of the Roomboescape website and should be read carefully before any use.

2.3. Roomboescape makes every effort to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information on your website.

2.4. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works of, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.

2.5. You are not permitted to connect or use all or any part of the Roomboescape website for any purpose that is fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable.

2.6. You accept that the Internet is not completely secure. Roomboescape will take all appropriate measures to protect the security of payments and debit / credit card information, but Roomboescape will not be liable for any damages they may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.

2.7. Roomboescape shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits or income, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement of goods or services, loss or damage to data or interruption of the business, arising from any use of the website.

3.1. The only language currently available to close an online booking contract is Spanish.

3.2. Only the person (s) who are at least 16 years of age are allowed to book a Game.

3.3. Any purchase of a Game is only valid when it is processed by Roomboescape.

3.4. The transfer of the games to a third party is not allowed. It is necessary to contact us in special circumstances.

3.5. Games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or on a prize. If a game is transferred or resold in breach of this condition, the Game holder or the person claiming the right to attend the event will be denied entry into the game.

3.6. You are solely responsible for entering your details correctly in the online booking form. By submitting a booking form that guarantees Roomboescape that all data provided by you are true and accurate.

3.7. You will receive the confirmation of your booking only through email. Rboboescape will not send an additional confirmation via email or text message.

3.8. Online reservations can only be made with a specific number of hours in advance. For more advanced bookings, please contact Roomboescape via email or phone.

3.9. The reservation becomes null and the entry will be rejected if the team arrives 10 minutes or later. In such a situation, the money is not refundable and the reservation can not be changed.

3.10. All reservations are final, as this is a LIVE game. No changes, cancellations or reschedulings are allowed. In the unlikely event that we can offer a new schedule or other service, you will be charged an administration fee. You will be notified of this at the time we agree to provide this service.

3.11. Overwhelming force. Roomboescape is not responsible for delays or blockages that cause delay of arrival whether caused by bad weather, strikes, protests, floods, traffic jams, civil unrest or any other reason. It is your sole responsibility to arrive on time according to your reservation.

4.1. The price (with corresponding VAT) of one game per person is stated on the Roomboescape website in the part of the reservation.

4.2. The price is fixed according to the number of people (2 – 6 people) and for the day of the week.

4.3. Reservations can be made online at the Roomboescape site.

4.4. Any PayPal account or credit or debit card is accepted to make the payment.

4.5. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4.6. Roomboescape is a live event so no refunds, cancellations or rescheduling are accepted once confirmed.

4.7. If fewer people attend the game than they were booked, the difference in price will not be refunded.

4.8. If more people are booked (up to a maximum of 6 people), you must notify Roomboescape and extra persons / persons must pay in cash upon arrival.

If you need to contact Room Escape, you can do so using any of the following methods:

6.1. Each Roomboescape player must follow the rules of the game, each player is going to participate in the game at their own risk. In addition, Roomboescape is not responsible for damages (personal or equipment) caused by misuse or failure to follow the rules described.

6.2. If you are delayed more than 10 minutes from the original time of your reservation, it becomes a null booking automatically and you will not be able to start your game. To re-reserve another schedule you must have your payment and agree to the current availability.

6.3. People under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs can be rejected and the game becomes null. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who is unfit, abusive or inappropriate in any way at the sole discretion of the owners and staff of Roomboescape.

6.4. To be admitted you must confirm the Player’s full name and may ask you to confirm the phone number and email address, as well as to demonstrate the identification and credit card.

6.5. For security reasons, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.

6.6. Roomboescape limits waiting spaces and you will be asked to arrive early to start at the correct time.

6.7. Roomboescape recommends that customers wear comfortable clothing for the game.

7.1. All names, designs and themes used on the website, in any marketing operation and on the premises are copyrighted by Roomboescape and its owners. No use or reproduction of any kind is permitted.

7.2. All players at Roomboescape who make a reservation agree to adopt, not to discuss, disclose or disseminate any information related to the content of the games or any other proprietary information. By participating in the games, all players agree not to transmit this information or will incur liability in prosecution for breach of confidentiality rules.
